The United States has listed the Iranian Elite Force as a terrorist

Part of increasing pressure on Iran, the United States has listed the elite force Revolutionary Guard (IRGC) in the list of foreign terrorist organizations of the country. US President Donald Trump has signed a statement in the White House on Monday.

The BBC said in a report that it is the first step in the United States to list the whole army of another nation to the list of terrorist organizations. On the other hand, Iran has immediately condemned the announcement.

Last year, the Trump administration withdrew from the nuclear deal with Tehran in 2015. President Donald Trump announced the new anti-Iran announcement on the anniversary of the annulment of the contract .

However, the United States earlier banned IRGC and parts of the organization attached to it, accusing of supporting human rights abuses and terrorist activities.

Trump said on Monday that the unprecedented step taken by the Foreign Ministry proves that Iran as a state does not only support terrorists, but their forces help IRGC actively participate in terrorist activities, funding and spreading. Trump further said that this step will help to increase the range and level of pressure on Iran. He warns that if anyone does business with Iran, he means providing funds to terrorist activities.

US Secretary of State Mike Pompey said the move would be effective within the next one week.

Pampo said about this, the United States will continue to enforce pressure on policy to normalize Iran's government. He said that Iran's leadership is not very revolutionary. People in that country are better able to get something better Then, in a tweet, he said that the United States must help in returning the freedom of the people of Iran.

According to the BBC report, the United States will have the opportunity to impose more restrictions on Iran by applying IRGC to the organization of terrorism. Special IRGC is likely to weaken the business sector due to Iran's involvement in the economy.

But a media report of Los Angeles Times said that although the IRGC has an important role in Iran's economy, the US sanctions could not be very effective. But the blacklist of those forces could be boomed for the US rather than blacklisted. In particular, Iran's Shia militia and some political organizations of that country are deeply involved with the IRGC. As a result, the complexity will arise when US diplomats and army officers work in Iran.

There was a buzz that IRGC could blacklist the United States for the past few days. The Wall Street Journal announced the administration's decision for the first time. Earlier, the US has blacklisted dozens of people in connection with the relationship with the IRGC. But the whole IRGC was not blacklisted at the time.

IRGC Commander Mohammad Ali Zafarari said in a warning in 2017 that if the Trumpon had such an idea about the Elite Force, "IRGC will consider the US military spread all over the world as Islamic State."
